Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

The data controller for this site is LE MEON, a company registered in France (SIREN 952 263 093), publisher of the ForgR brand, located in Toulouse, France. You can reach us at contact@joinforgr.com.

2. What this site collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or pixels. Fonts are served from this domain. There is no form on this site.

The only data processed is the standard web server log kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting: the IP address of your connection, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page if any, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are rotated daily and deleted after about ten days. They are not used to build profiles and are not shared.

Legal basis under the GDPR: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Article 6(1)(f)).

3. When you click "Request agency access"

The buttons on this site lead to the ForgR application, on the app.forgr.co domain, where you can submit an agency access request. That application is operated by the same company, under its own privacy policy, which is presented there. The information you enter in that form (agency name, contact name, email address, website, a free-text note, and a password) is used to review your request, to contact you about it, and, if the account is opened, to operate it. It is not used for any other purpose and is not sold.

4. When you email us

If you write to contact@joinforgr.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, then for the duration required by French commercial and accounting law where a contract follows. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of our correspondence.

5. Why you received our email

If you arrived here from an email we sent, we obtained your professional contact details from publicly available business sources (your agency's website, professional networks, or a B2B contact database), on the basis of our legitimate interest in contacting agencies whose activity matches what ForgR offers. We only write to professional addresses, about professional matters. Every email we send carries a working unsubscribe link and our identity. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a suppression list so that we do not write to you again.

6. Who receives your data

• Our hosting provider for this site, Hostinger International Ltd., on a server located in France (server logs only).
• Our email provider, for the messages you send us and the ones we send you.
• No advertising network, no data broker, no analytics vendor. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. International transfers

We are located in the European Union. If you are in the United States, the data you send us (an email, a form submitted in the application) is processed in France. Server logs for this site are stored in France.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (everyone)

You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction, its deletion, a restriction of processing, its portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including any direct marketing, at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).

Under US state privacy laws (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others)

Where those laws apply to you, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. For the avoidance of doubt: we do not sell personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. We honor Global Privacy Control signals by default, since we do no tracking to begin with.

To exercise any right, email contact@joinforgr.com. We answer within one month under the GDPR and within 45 days under US state laws, whichever is shorter for you. We may ask you to confirm that the address you write from is the one concerned by the request. An authorized agent may act on your behalf with written permission.

9. Children

This site is addressed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always the one published at joinforgr.com/privacy/.
